Overview
Time und Texture sells three categories of goods: pre-owned watches, modded and assembled watches, and handmade leather and canvas goods. Return terms vary by category and are outlined below.
Pre-Owned Watches
Returns accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. The watch must be returned unworn beyond initial inspection, in the same condition received, with all original accessories and packaging. Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If an item is materially not as described we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
Modded & Assembled Watches
Each modded or assembled watch listing clearly describes all modifications and components. Returns are accepted within 7 days if the watch is not as described. We do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse on modified watches as each is built to order or unique. If a watch develops a mechanical fault within 30 days of delivery due to our workmanship we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Handmade Leather & Canvas Goods
Returns accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery for unused items in original condition. As all items are handmade, minor natural variations in leather grain, color, and texture are not considered defects — they are features. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility except in cases where the item is defective or not as described, in which case we will provide a prepaid label.
