Long before “outdoor watch” became a marketing category, Casio’s Forester line delivered genuine utility in a rugged resin shell. The FT-120H, date-stamped 1993 on its stainless caseback, packs a surprising feature set into its olive-gunmetal case: an EL Illuminator backlight with that unmistakable green glow, a phone-book-style ID Memory (TEL mode), stopwatch with split, countdown timer, daily alarm, and a vitameter function — all behind 100-meter water resistance. This is the kind of watch that survived camping trips, job sites, and gym bags for decades, and it looks like it did exactly that.

Condition

Fair-to-good for a 30-year-old daily beater. The crystal carries several light-to-moderate surface scratches visible in bright light — exactly what you expect from a watch that actually saw use. Case resin shows scuffs and light marks around the corners and button guards. Caseback shows minor surface marring around the screw holes. The LCD is crisp, the EL backlight illuminates evenly, and all functions respond correctly. The original resin band is supple and intact with no cracking. A fresh battery has been installed.
